procedure

please check out my tos and my prices (it has something important here, similar to tos) to acknowledge how i work before we start! sketches and development on the artwork will be showcased while i progress.

usage / copyright policy

➞ posting your commission on social medias is acceptable only with full credit➞ mostly intended for costumer's personal use➞ you cannot claim it was made by you➞ my art cannot be used as nfts or any other crypto platform➞ my art cannot be used for ai training➞ my art cannot be resold➞ i have a pre-paying policy, which means you should pay at least 50% of the price beforehand.➞ as the commissioner, you consent to me showing off your commission as part of my portfolio unless stated otherwise.

➞ aesthetics of any kind (as long as they don't fall under things i won't draw)
➞ most body types

➞ DO NOT ask me for suggestions for your drawing or give me the prompt of "whatever". you are the costumer, and I don't know what you like or not. as long as it is respecting my TOS and my prices, i will be fine with it.

refunds

i will refund the money given beforehand if:➞ i can no longer complete the artwork, i feel as if i was disrespected along with my TOS➞ the customer wishes for that⇨ 100% refund if i havent started working on the art piece yet
⇨ 80% if i finished the sketch
⇨ 60% if i finished the lineart
⇨ 40% if i finished the flat colors
⇨ 20% if i finished the flat colors and the shading, but have not completed shading it accordingly to the background (in case of a complex piece), or if some details or objects arent yet completed.if the artwork is fully completed, refunds can't be implemented.

i don't draw

➞ personas (i mostly draw just furries)
➞ nsfw (gore, porn)
⤷ extreme fetishistic or kink-based content
⤷ implied or direct: necrophilia (or any fetish subset), pedophilia (or any fetish subset, ex. diaper fetish), zoophilia (or any fetish subset, ex. feral, bestiality), rape
⤷ sexualization or suggestive imagery of any child, animal or dead body
➞ hate speech of any kind (nazism, zionism, anti-semitism, etc.)
➞ political art or scenarios
➞ other people without their consent
➞ extremely accurate machinery

60% added to the entire price for detailed backgrounds in any caseeverytime you want me to make a major change (change of perspective, change of clothes, change of background, adding large objects to the background etc.) to the art piece we've agreed on at the start of the commissioning, i will tax you with a percentage of the entire price.if you want me to add an object or another character to the art piece and it wasn't communicated first-hand, the price table below will also be added to the price along with the taxif the progress of the art piece is nearly done, the percentage will be higherfor example, if the costumer
wants a car added in the background of their art piece but didn't communicate it in the agreement, i will tax them 35% added onto the overall price along with the price of an object. additionally, if they communicate this to me nearing the end of the art piece where i am in the stage of shading, i will make the tax 50% added onto the overall original price.⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯

same pricing as bodies, but 30% added to the entire price for each other pose the character is inif another character other than the one the reference sheet is based off of is added in, you must pay the full price listed in the body section. (example: full price of flat colored full body)* objects in reference sheets also cost extra. 65% of the pricing of objects above for reference sheet, which means:
